Shipping

Orders are generally packed and sent the same day your payment is received.  Orders received at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Within New Zealand-.  There is a flat rate of $8.00 per parcel (add another $3 for rural delivery). Shipping is FREE if you spend over $100 at one time.

We use NZ Post-Tracked envelopes.

Delivery times are usually 2-3 days (rural delivery 3-4 days).

To Australia- Postage is weight based- (allow about $10-12) and is un-tracked.  Post takes about 1-2 weeks to addresses outside the main cities, but packages seem to get to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane a bit quicker (about 4-6 working days).  You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.  We subsidise the shipping to help with that!

Rest of the World- Postage is weight based and is un-tracked .We’ll let you know the actual cost prior to processing your order.  Post takes about 2 weeks, but may get to main cities a bit faster.  You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.  We subsidise the shipping to help with that!

International Courier (NZ Post):  If you’re in a hurry, we will send the package by courier, but this is more expensive.  We’ll let you know the exact cost prior to processing your order.  The courier can only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. All Courier parcels need to be signed for. Delivery to your work is often best.

Returns

If the product doesn’t suit- just return it to in original condition within 7 days of receipt and we’ll refund you or issue you with a store credit.  If the error is our fault, we’ll refund all your shipping fees too.

Currency and Payment

If you live in NZ:  You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD or bank deposit.  We use a secure server so your credit card details are safe.

If you live outside of New Zealand, you can pay by VISA or MASTERCARD.  Your purchase will show up on your credit card statement in your local currency - your bank converts from the original NZ dollar prices at the current exchange rate and may charge you extra fees for doing this!
